Although I don’t interact directly with clients, my role as a Compliance Support Manager ensures the integrity of the mortgage process. Making sure that advisers provide compliant and high-quality advice helps clients secure their homes safely and responsibly. Knowing that my work supports both the advisers and the clients in achieving successful mortgage outcomes is incredibly fulfilling.
